Introducing the Jacobovitz Multifunctional Chopper, designed for bimanual nucleus fragmentation using two choppers, allowing the nucleus to be divided before the phaco tip even enters the eye.

Especially useful and safer for challenging cases such as brunescent or black cataracts (nigra) and eyes with weakened zonules.
